How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address connected to your ChatCruiz account to manoffaithusa@gmail.com.
- Use the subject ChatCruiz account deletion request.
- Include your ChatCruiz username and the email address or phone number connected to the account. Do not include your password.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify your account, profile information, and associated personal data, including content connected to your account where applicable.
Some limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms. Information already shared with other users may remain in their conversations or copies where deletion is not technically or legally required.
Processing time
We will acknowledge your request and process it within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements.
